Dominoes and Papa John's

Mom and Uncle Brent and Grandpa and Grandma had played dominoes somewhat recently and had a lot of fun doing do.  Subsequently, we tried to have a family dominoes night on a few different occasions, but it didn't work out.  So tonight Mom and Ron scheduled a night that was just for games, and specifically for dominoes.  The previous time they had played, it was with a Double 6 set, but this time we played with a Double 9 set, which we found to be not quite as fun.  The version of dominoes that we played involved adding up the dots on the four ends after each turn, so doing the math each time on that many dots was a little tiresome and slowed the game down, though we still had fun overall.  Next time we play that variant, we'll know to use a Double 6 set.  Some of us stayed a little later and played one of our favorite games, Wits & Wagers.  For dinner for the evening, we had Papa John's pizza.  I'm sure Domino's pizza would be disheartened to learn that we were actually playing dominoes and still didn't choose Domino's pizza.  But it's just a fact that Papa John's is a better tasting pizza than Domino's.  Sorry, Domino's.
