Jason is gone this week for his first week on his new job. He is at employee training in Boston for the entire week. All the kids miss Jason, but Joshua misses him the most. He just thinks Jason is amazing and the best person in the entire world. Joshua doesn't really like coloring or drawing, but he really likes finding things to glue on paper to create collages. In the park today, he found these things and was really excited to come home and make "daddy something special". This is his creation for Jason to show him how much he misses him. It was super sweet, if not entirely durable.
Our days are mostly the same whether Jason is here or not, but our nights are different when he's gone because we have much simpler meals and we are way more likely to watch a movie. Here the kids are watching a movie while playing bus. I guess it was a drive-in. (Baby totally gets her own seat. Later they had to bring an additional seat for more toys).
