Helping with Hooty

Today Joshua brought Hooty the Owl home from school. The goal with Hooty is to do something to help someone and take some pictures and put them in the class notebook and talk about what you did. I asked Joshua what we should do and he said he wanted to help with dinner. So he did. He helped me chop vegetables for the chili and then helped with the corn muffins too. Joshua really likes to help, especially with meal prep, so he had a fun night.
