Tonight I went to what is becoming a favorite concert series of mine: Summerland Tour. It's put on by Everclear, and this is the third year they've done it. They bring other '90s bands with them on the tour. This year's other bands were the Toadies, Fuel, and American Hi-Fi, all of which I was happy to see in person. This year the concert was in the Kansas City Live! area in the P&L district.
Everclear was the headliner, so they played last, but between the first and the second set, I looked behind me and saw their lead singer, Art Alexakis, wandering around in the crowd, which was pretty cool.
